Gigabit Ethernet
Access Switch with 24 10/100BaseT/TX ports + 2 modular Gigabit
Ethernet ports
The Signamax model 065-7732 Gigabit Ethernet
Access Switch is a masterpiece of affordable engineering.
Its 24 auto-negotiating 10/100BaseT/TX ports connect to
its two modular Gigabit Ethernet ports using a completely
non-blocking switch architecture.
By choosing the appropriate optional 1000BaseSX,
1000Base LX or 1000BaseT Gigabit Ethernet modules needed,
the IT professional is ready to establish a Gigabit Ethernet
backbone to all the10BaseT or 100BaseTX workstations or
servers in the system.
This remarkable switch is fully manageable by a web browser,
an SNMP manager, Telnet remote terminal, or a direct console
connection.
It has an array of features previously available
only in products priced far higher, such as: Spanning Tree
Protocol (STP), to provide fault tolerance on the network.
- IEEE 802.1p Class of Service (CoS) support, to prioritize
network traffic for video, Voice over Internet Protocol
(VoIP), images, and data.
- IEEE 802.1Q VLAN support, for network segmentation and
traffic control across multiple switches.
- GARP VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP), to ease VLAN
configuration concerns.
- IGMP Snooping, to optimize the flow of multicast traffic.
- IP Multicast Filtering, for advanced network traffic
control.
- RMON with Statistics Collection, for troubleshooting
and intelligent network redesign.
- Port Mirroring, for monitoring and managing the end-to-end
traffic flow.
- MAC-Based Trunking, for high-capacity network expansion.
- Switch Configuration Upload & Download Capability,
for easy system upgrades.

flexible, Fast Ethernet Modular Switch System allowing connections
between a variety of fiber optic and copper-based devices.
Multi-functional system supports three affordable
MediaCards, each connecting RJ-45 and/or fiber optic ports
including SC, ST, or the newest small form-factor MT-RJ
and VF-45.
Advanced MediaCard design supports port-based
Virtual Local Area Networking (VLAN) and multi-port inter-switch
trunking. Reduces unnecessary broadcast traffic, segments
networks, and provides enhanced security. Supports 2K MAC
addresses with Back Pressure & IEEE 802.3x compliant
Flow Control. The four-port TX Media Card includes a convenient

Compliant with all Ethernet specifications
for 100BaseTX, 100BaseFX, 10BaseT, and IEEE 802.3x for flow
control, using Store-and-Forward Architecture.
Once the MediaCards are installed, the system's
TX ports auto-negotiate 10 to 100 Mbps speed. User configuration
options for both fixed speed and duplex modes ensures full
compatibility with legacy network equipment. MediaRack allows
you to expand your cabling options by installing fiber cabling
anywhere within your existing copper-based network.

16 and 24 Port
Rack Mount 10/100 Switch
Ethernet Switches feature 16 or 24 ports and
optional 100BaseFX Multi-mode or Single-mode Fiber Modules
to enable longer distance network connections.
Advanced support for port-based Virtual Local
Area Networking (VLAN) and multi-port inter-switch trunking.
Provides network administrators with powerful, easy-to-use
tools to reduce unnecessary broadcast traffic, flexibly
segment networks, and enhance network security.
With Ethernet/Fast Ethernet support at the
port level, users can deploy 100 Mbps when and where needed,
and still run 10 Mbps on some desktops.
Each port automatically negotiates the speed
and duplex mode of connected devices and creates independent
10 Mbps and 100 Mbps segments per port. No manual configuration
is necessary.
Functions as a bridge to connect both 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps
networks. Filters and forwards data packets, divides network
into separate collision domains, and provides support for
more hubs, workstations, and printers.
Compliant with all Ethernet specifications
for 100BaseTX, 10BaseT, and IEEE 802.3x for Flow Control,
using Store-and-Forward Architecture. Fully Plug 'n Play
with user configuration options for fixed speed & duplex
modes to ensure full compatibility with legacy equipment.
Supports 2K MAC addresses and provides true
non-blocking architecture with full wire speed forwarding.

16 Port 10/100 Full Duplex QoS Switch
065-7030Q Ethernet Switch features 16 ports
that automatically negotiate the presence of 10/100Mbps
and full or half-duplex network modes.
Dual-speed support of 10/100Mbps Ethernet/Fast
Ethernet systems allows users to deploy 100Mbps when and
where needed, and still run 10Mbps on some desktops. Each
port automatically negotiates the speed and duplex mode
of connected devices and segments the networks at the port
level.
Each port on the 065-7030Q switch also supports
automatic MDI / MDI-X determination for easy uplinking of
multiple switches. Uplink connections to other switches,
routers or hubs are easily made without using dedicated
uplink ports or crossover cables. Automatically crosses
over the connection at each and every port on the network.
Advanced support for Virtual Local Area Networking
(VLAN) tagging for inter-switch VLANs provides administrators
with powerful, easy-to-use tools to reduce unnecessary broadcast
traffic, segment networks, and enhance network security.
Administrator tools are implemented at the ISO/OSI model
Layer 2 level through IEEE 802.1p QoS and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN
tagged packets, allowing local workstation connectivity
in complex multi-switch networks. In addition, the switch
accommodates ISO/OSI Layer 3 IP Header priority and port-based
priority.
These network administrator capabilities offer
great flexibility in network deployment and configuration
not previously possible at this cost point.
The Signamax model 065-7030Q Ethernet Switch
provides a cost-effective and flexible answer to today's
computing needs and tomorrow's demands for Fast Ethernet
with full VLAN segmentation across multiple switches.
Backed by a five-year performance warranty
on all parts, including the power supply.

Desktop 10/100 Switch
Desktop Ethernet
Switches make it easy to increase user capacity and enable
10 Mbps and 100 Mbps devices to communicate directly.
Full duplex mode provides up to 200 Mbps bandwidth per port.
Segments networks for improved performance by automatically
forwarding traffic only between the required segments.
These advanced
Switches eliminate the two-repeater limit and
can split your network into different collision domains,
for expansion beyond the 205 meter diameter limit. Each
port provides an independent collision domain.
Switches provide an improvement over Bridges, which are
characterized by higher latencies. Compared to Routers,
Switches cost less and are easier to setup and maintain.
They provide a straight forward upgrade using your existing
investment in hardware, cabling and personnel training.
Signamax Networks
Dual-Speed Switches are simple, flexible, with Plug n
